I have a user who has had an issue of her messages not being saved in her sent items folder. We’ve checked the properties and setting within the sent items folder, and the option for saving to sent items is flagged, however when you exit OL and re-launch, the messages mysteriously dissapear from the sent items folder. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing OL 98..and have tried to re-install Office 97 hoping that perhaps some of the shared resources may have been corrupt and the reinstall would write over them. Still, no success. Has anyone encountered an issue similar or exact to this one?
