Our executive director uses Word 97 as his email editor in Outlook 2000. Recently he’s begun receiving email which, when opened, is viewed at 75% scale. When we change the scale to 100% it looks fine. What we’d like to know is how to force Word to open email at 100% default scale.
This used to be the case, but obviously something has changed. We don’t know what. Would appreciate any help.
