On FP-D355 lock on “Input/Output Check Mode”

I have a Panasonic FP-D355 that startsa up and locks in the “Input/Output Check Mode” and will not go into “F4” section. Just locks for days. Tried all types of restarts to no avail.
Any suggestions?
