I have spent the last two years getting my MCSE and A+, thinking of course that this would give me a real boost in my career and create job security. It is becoming more and more apparent that Microsoft wants to limit the number of people wanting toenter this industry and get rid of those not willing to conform to their requirements. I truly believe that is why Microsoft came up with the adaptive testing.
