Check the display settings to make sure that you have the updated drivers to the video adapter,or use the disk to reload the drivers
Then check the settings to make sure that you have the correct monitor listed and see if it is set to SVGA
Rebootafter applying the updated drivers

The display drivers are on the CDROM that came with your computer or motherboard. If you do not have the CDROM, go to the web site of the manufacturer of the PC or motherboard and then to their support area. You will need to know the make/model numbers to get the correct download.

Amptron ES15 is a monitor. If you give the brand/model of your computer, I (or anyone) could probably give you a direct link to an updated video driver for your system.

Hello there,

You didn't install the correct video drivers, Windows installed the default GA video adapter which only allows you to select 2 or 16 colors. To correct this issue you have to look for the video driver, it comes on a CD shipped with your computer, if not then you have to tell me Name brand and model of your mainboard if the video comes on board or Video Adapter brand name and model. As someone else said before ES15 is just a monitor, I need to know the Video Adapter brand name.
e-mail me back,
