One Internet site blocked from both brow

by dewhurst92 . Updated 24 years, 11 months ago

I connect to the Internet by 56K modem, no firewall, no proxy server. For more than a month, I have been unable to access a certain website or any of the sites on its server. It is important that I be able to access this one site. I use both Internet Explorer and Netscape Communicator, but *neither* of these browsers can access the site. I have checked and rechecked the internet settings on both browsers, and there is nothing there to impede my access. I was able to access the site just fine until a little more than a month ago, when my access dropped abruptly. I can access the site from any other computer, but not my own. Is this a problem with my ISP, or my modem, or do I have a virus that attacked this site because it was at one time my “home” site? Has anyone else had this same problem–is there a way to fix it?
