One of 2 PCs won’t logon to NT Domain?

I have an NT 4.0 Server based network with a laptop and a PC client both running Win98. The laptop is configured just like the PC, to pickup and address from DHCP. Also, running WINS and DNS on the server, so I can ping by hostname, alias, or IP address from any machine. The PC logs on OK and yet the laptop cannot logon to the domain! Reinstalled the MS Networking client, TCP/IP, etc…. Any ideas?
