I put myself as an SMTP address type in a recipient container.
whenever anyone sends mail to me@myco.com it stays in the IMS queue.
everyone else in the world can send mail to -and ping – www.myco.com
this is exchange 5.5 …. Also for some weird reason the MSExch server can’t ping myco.com and again, everyone else outside can… ?
