We have installed a new phone system with a PBX. We have 30 phones “in-house” and plan on using 8 IP phones at various outside locations. We can setup the IP phones without issue inside our LAN but are having difficulty setting them up outside our LAN. The main problem is that there is only ?one way? communication. The outside location can hear us fine (high quality voice) but we cannot hear them at all. Has anyone experienced this?
