Online Int’l trade

With the current internet infrastructure and technical development of trade service providers, such as banks, shipping, insurance, etc., can international trade be fully conducted online?

  International trade is conducted online every day, but it is not universal. The common items coming from large companies in countries that are technologically advanced are the norm. Esoteric items from places like Timbuktu are not.

  When you are talking International Trade, you may be talking the U.S. Customs Service and taxes (duties). These, to my knowledge, require filling out paperwork.
