Online Stationery in Word

This should be simple enough, yet I’ve now blown 2 days on trying to figure it out.

I need to create online stationery for my office that has the header of name, address, phone on the first page, but then just our logo covering the page (like a background or watermark) on all following pages.

Where I encounter the problem is going back into and actually typing a 2-page letter. Once the page gets ‘flipped’ the first page header gets carried with it!

Can anyone help before the nervous tic starts??? Thank you very much!
