Hello, Customer has a DFI PA61 motherboard with 693A\596B VIA chipset. Installed two sticks of 256mb Kingston registered double-sided ram. (sdram, pc 133)The product code for the memory is KVR133X72RC3/256. Both sticks only show 128mb in the bios(and os). Flashed the bios today. No effect. DFI has a known issue with single-sided ram, and kingson is aware, also. I doubt user bought 2 bad sticks of ram. Probably a motherboard issue. Previously user had 2 sticks of 128mb and they were recognized to their full capacity.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
