Open File Security Warning

I’ve recently applied a GPO ‘lockdown’ (with Desktop and My Documents redirection enabled) to one of our W2K3 (SP2) AD member servers. Now whenever a user tries to run an application they are presented with an ‘Open File – Security Warning’ dialog box.

If I take the computer object out of the GPO linked OU, I don’t get the message.

Anyone know how to get rid of this annoying message?
