We are running Windows 2000 Server, Outlook 2000, Exchange 2000 and Citrix Metafram 1.8 for 2000. Some users are able to open email attachments such as .bmp’s and jpg’s from within Outlook which then spawns Photo Editor, however about 75% of the users are not able to do this. Users on PC’s have no problem. Permissions and Rights look similar. A user will usually get a registration error. Also, I am unable to go into Terminal Services for Windows and re-associate the file type to IE instead of Photo Editor. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You,
