Open ports to an inside host through PAT on Cisco IOS

Hi,

I’m trying to open up a few ports through our Cisco 2800 series router to our server. The network behind the router share a single address that is NAT overloaded. I know how to open up a port through an ACL normally, but when using Port Address Translation, is there a way to specify the inside host that the open port is directed too?
