Open Source Help Desk System

By neila ·
Hi

I am looking for a Windows based open source Help Desk system, currently using oneorzero which is Linux based (implemented by an ex-employee and given to me).

Would welcome any suggestions.

Please ;let me know of your good and bad experiences.

Neil

You may want to take a look at Spiceworks

Spiceworks is a nice open source HelpDesk and Asset management system. www.spiceworks.com The Free version is adware supported but there is a very reasonably priced option to upgrade to a version that does not have ads and lets you brand the software with your company logo etc.
