open users account from command prompt

Could any body helpme to open users account from command prompt in windows XP,

Please let me know the command if there is any.

Commands

To login to another user account use:
NET USER username [password]
e.g. NET USER administrator password

To run a command as another user use:
RUNAS /USER:username command

To logout of current session:
SHUTDOWN -l


To open another user's profile:
Explorer "C:\Documents and Settings\username"

Thats fine but what i want is to open gui window of user management in control pannel.

Like we go to control pannel and click on users account and a windows is opened.... I want this window to open from command prompt.....

Any ways thanx. information given was quite helpfull........

no GUI in DOS mode which is what you get using the CLI.

what you want is something like Dameware or remote desktop.

Some more command here:
lusrmgr.msc - Open Local User manager window
control
Control nusrmgr.cpl - Open alt user manager window

NET USER userid pass /ADD - Add a username
NET USER userid /DELETE - Delete a username

Telnet

If telnet is enabled you can login to another computer using another account from a dos prompt.
