I know this questions has been asked on here, But the problem is my Mother was givin a computer we where trying to hook it up to the DSL from phone company so we don’t have internet on it yet to go to the web sites, that was suggested to me. It says Operation has been cancelled do to a restriction in effort on this computer contact system Admin. And also we have no controll panel either. So is there something that we can do to fix this so we can hook in to the internet.
P.S.It is a Dell and running Windows XP
