    Opinions on the new apple version pro

    Looks like there’s some serious tech in Apple’s latest VR headset. It looks like this is only the beginning of a new gaming industry. What are your opinions on the new version pro?

      This reminds me of the Google Glasses that never really caught on and died off with a whimper instead. Then again, who knows for certain either way.

      A few years ago I would have jumped at the chance to get one of the new Apple Vision Pro devices but as one grows older, and hopefully wiser, throwing down $3500 on a device whose novelty may swiftly wear off, Is not in the cards.
      I’m not doubting that the device very impressive but it’s not the way I use a computer.
      Now if one were offered to me, gratis, I would probably play with it until its only use would be to watch movies.
      The promo video only shows one person being around while it is in use and mentions that the sound is directed directly to your ears. Not into your ears, note the user does not have ear buds in, so can others hear the audio?

      Indeed. Vision Pro is a stepping stone toward Augmented Reality. But there are some issues which need to be addressed.

      1. Design of the VR headsets needs improvements so that they can be used for a longer period of time.
      2. Extended Battery time.
      3. Big tech companies need to consider the purchasing power of their target customers.

      There is a detailed analysis of Apple Vision Pro that might add more to your knowledge of this particular product.
