Really depends...

I have done this for our agency. The first thing you have to do is identify their needs. We introduced computers to healthcare workers, some who had been in their fields for over 20 years, who didn't even know what a mouse was, rather less how to use one. I have written everything from "How to log in to your computer" to manuals on software applications. It really depends on the needs and the target audience. My latest was "How to care for your desktop."

The key is to keep it light, straight forward, and relevant to their jobs. Good luck.
