Hi, I just did the math and it turns out the average age of my customers is 73. Which explains why lots of my calls are for print too small, picture too small and I can’t get the plug in/out. But I am also getting a increasing number of calls for help to make the computer simpler and easier for them. Too many clicks and they have forgotten where they were going.
