I am a seasoned IT professional with several years of experience managing infrastructure organizations. As such, I have had significant exposure to service delivery and service management. I am comtemplating spending the money to get the service management certification with the goal of becomming a consultant. I am looking for opinions as to the job opportunities for someone with ITIL Service Management training and lots of practical experience.
