Dell Inspiron 1300, running XPhome. CD/DVD drive newly replaced. Old drive came out as per manual instr., new drive didn’t want to seat properly, and now, jammed tight in case and do not want to prod roughly and damage laptop.
Any ideas how to get it out and try to reseat it again – properly.??
