oracle 10g R2: libwtc8.so equivalent for HP-UX Itanium 11.23 not found

Hi,

I am migrating my Database from Oracle 8i to 10gR2. On oracle 8i, there is a library libwtc8.so. Also, I find a similar library for Oracle 8i (libwtc9.so).

However, I cannot find this library for Oracle 10gR2 on HP-UX 11.23 Itanium system.

I need this library for compiling my source code. Appreciate if you can help me in resolvig the issue.
