Oracle Installation Problem.

I am trying to install Oracle 9 Personal on my system with PIII 800 MHz, 128 MB RAM and Windows XP SP1.
I am getting the following error during installation while Analyzing Dependencies of SQL *Net Client.

stopsrvc.vrf(78): Type mismatch in argument ‘0’
when calling ‘contains’
stopsrvc.vrf(78): ‘STRING’ expected when ‘LIST’
found

What could be the problem and how do I install Oracle on my system?
