returns true if the where clause will return a record, All returns false if any one of them doesn't

So it you had 10,20,30 in a table
Any < 20 would return true
All < 20 would return false

if an aggregate function is used in original query supported by a group by clause then whether the group by clause will be used if we use the aggregate function in a co-related

Can't see how, Aggregation and grouping are after selection, that' why you have to select all the fields you are grouping by.
