How do you enable Oracle Text in Oracle 10g Enterprise Edition (Rel. 10.2)?

  You don’t actually enable it since it’s already integrated into 10g. You basically create context-type indices to use it.
  Your best bet is to dive into Oracle’s docs on app dev using Oracle Text:
