OracleDBConsole Service doesn’t run

Hi All,

I have a interesting problem.
I have set all the Oracle Servie start type as ‘manual’.
When I needed Oracle I used to start the required services. It was ok,but since 7-8 days I am able to start all the Oracle services except OracleDBConsole Service.

Pls help.
