Order Incident

Hi There

Per your response on August 3rd, I followed your instructions to re-submit an order, but the charge still appears on my card bill?
Would you explain that?
And for your information, I still haven't received the order I placed in May.

Dear Mickey,

We apologize for the inconvenience. We have checked and your order can be ordered as a download. Item #B076E. However in order for you to access the download, the download order has to be placed on your computer on line because of the way a download works with the server. If you are interested in doing this once you have placed the order and you receive the order confirmation send us an email and let us know what your order number is and we will refund the cost of the download order. The only reason we are doing this is because you have already purchased the hard copy as downloads are not typically refundable per our stated policy on the site.

Once you received your hard good order we would greatly appreciate you emailing us on how long it took to receive this. We like to keep up on our delivery systems.
