In MS Word 2000 the users attempt to insert an organizational chart. The operation fails and requests the CD ROM to install that feature. Word fails after the install stating that there isnot enough memory to open organization charts.

Dell Pentium III with 256M ram 10G hard drive.
Removed and reinstalled Office; reinstalled Windows.
