ORPro 3.0 PDF Converter/User & Local Administrator Rights Issue, HELP!

By NRGized2 ·
Need to print to PDF ASAP. Somehow, lost this utility. Now trying to access and recieve message: "The Official OfficeReady Pro 3.0 PDF converter does not appear installed. Please reinstall OfficeReady Pro 3.0 while logged in as a user that has local administrative rights over the machine. Please contact your network administrator if you're unsure whether you have local rights over the machine."

I have checked, reloaded and even installed the ORPro 3.0 Converter manually as instructed from ORPro tech support instructions. I am the network administrator, using a DLINK networking router, Network Magic software thru a Qwest issure Actiontech ISP modem. Running Windows XP, Service Pack 2, Norton Internet Security 2007 (upgraded, hoping that would resolve the issue). When ran new IE all began failing...also, cannot access ACT files for same reasons. HELP! Tech Support wants to charge a bundle to talk me thru fixing the software issues? All suggestions appreciated.
