when a user on rou nt4 sp6 network tried to logon to a pc it gave the error “the os is unable to load your profile. please contact your network administrator.” what do i do to fix this problem–we have to log them in under the administrator logon so they can do what they need to. 2 days before we had a class and all those people were able to log in. after that class new software was installed and now people cannot log in except under the administrator login.
