We have a shared Outlook 2000 calendar on our Echange 5.5 server. It is to schedule the conference room. Everyone has access to “reserve” it for their time. The trouble is people will double schedule time. My reaction intially was “Can’t they SEE?” But technology must overcome the mentally relaxed. So…. is there a way that only one entry may be scheduled in any given timeslot? How?
