Oulook 97 to LOTUS R5

I am in the middle of converting from Outlook 97 to Lotus r5 and have hit a wall..
How do I convert the Contact list from outlook to lotus.

This is a booger of a problem eh!!! Lotus really sucks when it comes to migrating, I'd recommend checking out a program called uniaccess from www.comaxis.com it will automatically convert your contacts (no distribution lists) to notes and vica versa. It supports mixed migrations from ALL MAJOR mail systems check it out!!
