I have an Exchange Server 5.5 and outlook 2k client. Most mail comes through POP into the mailbox’s of the users. The POP mail will not arrive into the mailbox until the user opens Outlook and Outlook downloads it.
I have a user who is going away for a while, and will give permission for his mail to be opened to someone else.
Will the out of office message work if someone else is opening the mailbox?
