Out of Office Assistant in Outlook 2000

Hello Everyone,
I have a problem. I understand that when the out of office assistant is on, it only sends the response once to the sender. However, to circumvent that, I’m trying to create a rule where whenever I get a new message, it will automatically send out a template statement. My delima is it creates a client-only rule and it only sends it out once. HELP!! I need it to send to people as many times as they email me.
