I have a user that has installed the out of office asst, and went on vacation. The asst worked fine, but now that he is back he wants to shut it off, but the option is no longer there. I walked him through adding the option back in, but each time he closes Outlook, the asst is no longer available as an option. He is using Outlook 98 on Windows 98, with Exchange 5.5 server. We can work around it, but should not have to. I can only find how to install the asst in the Microsoft Knowledge Base. Any help would be appreciated.
