Microsoft has started a program that will take over all sections of an IT. It will remove the help desk, security, administration and any other support staff. Except for a few people on hand to fix things that can not be fixed by remote or reinstall.
This is good in that it is here in the US but it will cost alot of jobs!
And it will take hours to get help, you will call a help desk that will walk you through things. Then your help ticket will go to a second level and they will walk you through the same things, and they will transfer you to tier three that will do the same thing. After that you will be connected to the local support staff that will be on site to fix your problem.
This will take any where from four hours to four days!
And if you need a part it will take at least one day, because they can not keep parts on hand.
