When users send an outbound message to xxx.com, the message can’t pass throught Internet Mail connector. Systems administrator receives a notification: Outbound Mail Failure message which stated:
“The following recipients did not receive the attached mail. Reasons are listed with each recipient: <.> System Administrator MSEXCH:IMS:Organisation:Site:IMC_server 0 (000D06BF) No Proxy for recipient”
However users got no problem in sending emails to other domains successfully. I’ve checked the setting of my MS Exchange server including the routing part (properties of connection tab) but xxx.com is not mentioned. I’m puzzled…
