Outlook 200 on SBS server

Just upgraded to Out2000 on SBS and one out of twenty users cannot “see” their mailbox. In other words, on Exchange Server properties on the client machine, when I type in the exchange server name and user mailbox name and click, check name, Outlook hangs and the mailbox is not found. What could be wrong. Client is a win98 box.
