I have a user who is on Outlook 2000 and every time the netowrk goes down he is unable to recover from the crash and any e-mail he is on is unrecoverable. I’ve re-installed the software and it still has the same issue. No one around him has this issue. Tried setting her personal settings to send all his e-mail to a personal file folder and for him to compose from there. Also turned on the automatic save to 3 minutes. If anything happens to his network connection durning those 3 minutes he is unable to recover from the outage. Any suggestions?
