Everytime she opens her calendar and the outlook is freezing. I notice that the CPU usage 100% each time she cliks on the calendar. Any idea and how to fix this. Greatly appreciate.

do you connect to an exchange server?
any other apps open when it freezes?

sometimes uninstalling, blowing out the reg. and then reinstalling works miracles. check to see where your cal. info is being kept. make sure journaling is off (or is that a office97 problem?)

so, if you change the login from hers to someone else's, outlook runs o.k. but when, on the same machine, you change it back to hers, it's freezing. it seems like an exchange problem. have you checked your exchange server during all this? you mightwant to optimize your exchange server with the built in optimizer.
