Outlook 2000

I have a client that recently upgraded to MSOffice 2000 Professional Edtion, on the MSOUTLOOK it is asking for IP address’s, e-mail server names, etc. . My client is a home user. She now cannot see her address book or anything that looks familiar to her from the previous version of the software can someone help.
