I have a user that just upgraded to Office 2000. Most of the time when they open an e-mail message they are getting the following:
Microsoft Outlook
Can’t open this item. Could not oepn the item. Try again.
OK
Why is this happening and how can I correct the situation? Any help you can provide would be greatly apprecited. Thank you.
