A user opens outlook 2000 and the mouse and keyboard are frozen. Task manager is the only way to free the program. Exchange server 5.5 sp4. Desktop is NT 4.0 sp6. I have recreated the profile still no good. I reloaded outlook 2000 no good. Tried logging in from another workstation still no good. I changed the user account to a new one still no good. This is a large mailbox because it accepts queries from our website. Deleting and recreating is not a viable option. The mailbox is 217 meg but has over 400,000 items in it.
