Outlook 2000

by tlowner . Updated 25 years ago

A user has full access to her bosses email. She creates and opens a profile of her boss in her outlook mailbox. The user sends a email as her boss (From line) and puts her bosses name in there. The boss wants to recall the message, the message is in the users sent items not the bosses. The user gets recall failed when doing the recall. Is there anyway to recall a message that has been sent on behalf of a person? Windows NT 40 on the desktop Outlook 2000 client Exchange 5.5 on the server.
