A client has Office 2000Pro. He then tried to update it with a Office 2000 Premium sr-1 CD. Now Word and Outlook have problems. Word closes when you try to open a file. Outlook gives you a “run-time error (R6025)Pure Virtual Call” when you try to add a contact or something to the calender. The Pro cd was then reinstalled and that fixed Word but Outlook is still getting run-time errors. Any suggestions? We have already completely uninstalled Outlook, and reinstalled. We also ran the repair utility that is offered through the setup.exe on the Office 2000 Pro CD.
