when entering a new phone # in contacts, and hitting tab or enter, outlook will crash. The message i get is “Outlook caused a general protection fault in module tapi.dll.
we are using win95, and office 2000. i have uninstalled and reinstalled outlook and the complete office suite. reinstalling the OS is not an option (or at least the very last one)
