We use Outlook Express as a standard in our company. I have a new boss who has used MS Outlook 2000 at the place of prior employment. She wants me to set up her Outlook 2000 to autocomplete addresses as she types them (when she is trying to write them an email message). The closest thing I have been able to do is to type in half the name, click on “Check Names” button on the menu bar which checks the address book. However, she swears that at her previous place of employment she could type half the name in and the entry would autocomplete itself. i have looked everywhere in the MS Outlook 2000 and even on the M$ website. Does anybody know if this can be done and if so, then how?
