Outlook 2000 Contacts

By rstrickland ·
When my client adds a new contact, with name, address, e-mail, etc..., it doesn't show up in the Contacts folder. If you do a search it will be found under the Search Items folder. I can manually move the contact to the Contacts folder, but this seems pretty tedious. All the settings that I've found point right to the Contacts folder as the default destination. Anyone ever seen this before?

I've been running Outlook 2000 for about three months now and I have never seen it behave the way you say it is, and I have added over 50 new contacts to my data base. Try reinstalling the software.
